Bosc Nocturn
2019 Barcelona, Spain / Interactive Installation
An interactive sound and light installation for LLUM Festival 2019
project overview
Bosc Nocturn (Night Forest) was a project developed with IAAC for the LLUM Festival 2019 in Barcelona. The brief was to create an interactive light installation in an inaccessible, abandoned space in Poble Nou.
The installation invited people to explore the space through light by using their voices to light up the space through an LED forest. Their voices disrupted the patterns of light and were morphed to create an interactive soundscape.
As the interaction and experience designer for the project, I worked on the technical architecture, sound design as well as real-time animations.
